Drink Refund Policy

At Big Boy Beverages Inc. ("Flowerboy," "we," "us," or "our"), we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter issues with your order, such as damaged items or missing deliveries, please contact us promptly at hi@flowerboy.com. We will assess and resolve the matter based on the specific circumstances outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases where a delivery is returned to us due to an insufficient address or damage sustained during transit.

 

2. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives with damaged items, we will take the following steps:

  • We will replace the quantity of damaged items free of charge.
  • We will issue a partial refund equivalent to the value of the damaged items or provide a future credit.

Please Note: We are unable to send replacements for fewer than 3 items. In such cases, a partial refund or store credit will be issued. To process a claim for damaged deliveries, please:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery (hello@hiflowerboy.com)
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage, including packaging and product. 

 

3. Missing Deliveries

3.1 Timeframe for Missing Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but has not arrived, please allow up to 24 hours as it may still be in transit.

3.2 Steps for Resolution

If your package does not arrive within this timeframe:

  • Contact us promptly.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to provide either:
    • A replacement of the order, or
    • A full refund.

 

4. Insufficient Address Returns

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, we will:

  • Attempt to contact you for an updated address.
  • Reship the package, subject to additional shipping fees.

 

5. Exceptions and Exclusions

5.1 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Products that were opened or partially consumed.
  • Delays caused by the carrier outside of our control.

 

5.2 Proof of Purchase

To process refunds or replacements, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

 

Merchandise Specific Returns & Exchanges

While we hope you love all of our merch, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Returns: You have within 30 days from the date you received your purchase to return the item. Email hi@flowerboy.com with return requests. We will email you a return label. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund, minus the cost of the return label. All items must be returned new, unused. Please take care when packing up your return to be sent back to us; if a return is sent back with any signs of wear or excessive wrinkles, a $15.00 restocking fee will be charged.

Exchanges: You have within 30 days from the date you received your purchase to return the item. Email hello@hiflowerboy.com with exchange requests. We will email you a return label. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund, minus the cost of the return label. We will then place a new order for the requested size and send you an email with an invoice that you will have to complete. All items must be returned new, unused. Please take care when packing up your return to be sent back to us; if a return is sent back with any signs of wear or excessive wrinkles, a $15.00 restocking fee will be charged.
