Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the discount available to be redeemed.
Flower Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
If you return a purchase, the Flower Points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
You'll receive an email notification once your friend completes their first order using your referral link.
If your friend's order is canceled prior to fulfillment, the referral discount won't be valid, and you won't receive the reward.
